Job Title:

Support Agent

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist clients with all support queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Escalate unresolved queries where necessary.
  • Log and maintain calls, CRM records, and resolutions.
  • Follow up on service requests via phone and email.
  • Provide product and system feedback to the Operations and Support Centre Manager.
  • Provide feedback on clients requiring additional training.
  • Liaise with the Administration Department regarding stock replacements.
  • Follow up on incidents and ensure completion of incidents and call-quality requirement
Qualifications:
  • NQF Level 4 / Matric or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other official language.
  • Computer literate, with basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts.
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
