A Day in the Life

This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical Human Resources experience while contributing to initiatives that support our people, culture, and business objectives. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, building a strong foundation for a successful career in Human Resources.

Based in Johannesburg, this hybrid internship provides exposure to a wide range of Human Resources activities, projects, and programmes. The successful candidate will support key HR initiatives while developing professional skills and practical workplace experience within a dynamic global organisation.

Internship Details:

· Start date: November 2026

· Duration: 12 months

· Locations : Johannesburg

· Working hours: Full-time

· Work model: Hybrid

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

· Provide Human Resources administration and operational support across a range of programmes and processes, including employee onboarding, documentation, filing, record management, internship activities, Employment Equity, B-BBEE, and compliance initiatives.

· Process HR transactions accurately and help ensure programmes and processes are administered effectively and efficiently.

· Collaborate across the HR function to support departmental objectives and apply consistent operational standards and procedures when responding to employee and manager queries.

· Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of local HR projects, employee engagement activities, and business initiatives.

· Provide administrative support to the HR/Legal team.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

· Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management

· 0-2 years of experience; postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.

· Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.

· Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative and fast-paced work

environment.

· Must be able unemployed

· Must be South African

· Must be between the ages of 18-30

· Must not be planning to study in 2027

· Must be able to commit to a 12-month contract

· Have not participated in a YES programme previously
