What You'll Do

As a Buick GMC Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through every step of their vehicle-buying journey-from initial contact to vehicle delivery. You'll use your automotive sales experience to help customers find the right Buick or GMC vehicle while providing an exceptional, personalized experience that creates lifelong customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best Buick or GMC vehicle.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct engaging test drives.
• Build value and effectively present vehicles to customers.
• Present financing, protection, and ownership options when appropriate.
• Manage the delivery process to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities using CRM tools.
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Previous automotive sales experience strongly preferred.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Comfortable learning and using technology and CRM systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
