Marketing Senior Manager - Cheetos

Overview

The Marketing Senior Manager (Cheetos) role is responsible for driving the growth and equity of the Cheetos brand in Indonesia by developing and executing winning brand strategies, integrated marketing campaigns, and innovation plans. This role leads end-to-end brand management, partnering cross-functionally to deliver sustainable business growth, strengthen consumer engagement, and maximize brand performance. 

 

 

Responsibilities

What you will be responsible for:

• Develop and execute the annual and long-term brand strategy for Cheetos, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth ambitions.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive brand awareness, consideration, and consumer engagement.
• Own the annual marketing calendar, ensuring strong execution of campaigns, product launches, activations, and key commercial moments.
• Partner with Media, Creative, and Agency teams to develop impactful communication strategies and optimize media effectiveness.
• Lead brand communication and PR initiatives to strengthen brand equity and consumer relevance.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient investment, effective resource allocation, and strong ROI across all marketing activities.
• Generate actionable consumer and market insights by leveraging research, competitive intelligence, and performance analytics to inform brand strategy.
• Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to build the innovation pipeline and long-term portfolio strategy.
• Collaborate with Global and Regional teams to ensure alignment on brand strategy, innovation, packaging, and communication assets.
• Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to develop integrated channel and customer activation plans that drive execution excellence and commercial results.

 

 

Qualifications

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience
• Proven experience within the FMCG sector will be preffered
• Proven experience in brand management, integrated marketing, and product innovation.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets and delivering business growth.
• Experience collaborating with regional/global stakeholders and managing external agencies is preferred.
