Description
Develop and maintain detailed software specifications and implement high-quality, scalable, and efficient code using Perl or other scripting language (e.g. Shell Scripting) Design, develop and execute comprehensive unit tests, integration tests and system tests to ensure software meets quality, security, and performance standards Provide IT operational support for Process Control Solutions and participate in a 24/7 support rotation for manufacturing solutions, as required Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization of software systems to ensure optimal performance, scalability and reliability Work in cross‑functional global teams and follow DevOps practices and methods A degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field of studies 2+ years of hands-on software development experience using Perl or other scripting languages in a Linux environment Proven track record of successfully planning, designing, and implementing complex systems Knowledge of C# and Windows operating systems is considered a plus Proficiency in agile development methods Experience within the semiconductor industry is a significant plus, although not mandatory Strong communication skills in English We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
