HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking an AMFT, APCC, or ASW for a full-time or part-time, permanent role in Santa Maria, CA. This position is with a long-standing, community-based outpatient program focused on sex offender treatment and forensic mental health. CASOMB supervision and didactic training are included. Supervision is available, and licensed therapists are also encouraged to apply for enhanced compensation.

AMFT, APCC, ASW Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical assessment and treatment for court-ordered individuals in outpatient sex offender treatment

• Deliver services to non-offending family members, where clinically appropriate

• Conduct case management and maintain thorough documentation

• Represent the program at community events or meetings as needed

• Participate in clinical and staff meetings, ongoing training, and workshops

• Complete CASOMB Apprentice Level registration within two weeks of hire

• Provide court testimony, when required

• Receive 90-day onboarding, including Didactic Studies and Forensic Supervision

AMFT, APCC, ASW Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field

• Current BBS Registration in California (AMFT, APCC, or ASW)

• Bilingual Spanish preferred (bonus offered)

• Must demonstrate compassionate, non-judgmental clinical approach

• New graduates encouraged to apply – supervision provided

• Must work on-site in Santa Maria, CA

AMFT, APCC, ASW Compensation:

• $70,000–$85,000 depending on experience

• $5,000 in-state relocation assistance (based on need)

• $30,000 Loan Forgiveness Program
  

• Associate to Licensed: paid study materials + exam fee paid + $2,500 bonus upon licensure
