What You’ll Do
- Process quotations, new business, renewals, and endorsements accurately and within required timeframes
- Support Account Managers and Broker Assistants with policy administration and day-to-day processing tasks
- Prepare and maintain accurate client records, documentation, and task tracking in company systems
- Follow up on workers' compensation declarations, debtor communications, and outstanding requests as required
- Deliver professional client support while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
Key Criteria
- 3+ years of experience in Australian insurance broking, with exposure to policy processing, renewals, endorsements, or related insurance administration required
- Strong knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn industry-specific insurance systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality, accuracy, and compliance
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:30AM – 3:30PM PHT) with a full onsite work arrangement during probation and transition to hybrid setup depending on performance.
