Client Success & Account Manager | Brooklyn, NY · $60,000 Base + Commission
About the Role
A growing technology company is looking for a personable, organized Client Success & Account Manager to own the customer relationship once the sale closes. You'll sit between Sales and Operations, guiding new clients through onboarding and staying on as their go-to contact for the life of the account. Expect a mix of Zoom check-ins, trade show travel, and day-to-day relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Take over new accounts from the Sales team following the initial sale
- Lead client onboarding and implementation
- Serve as the ongoing account manager and trusted advisor
- Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their lifecycle
Client Communication
- Conduct Zoom meetings with clients to review progress and answer questions
- Travel to trade shows and industry events as needed
Internal Coordination & Growth
- Coordinate internally with Operations and Support teams to ensure client success
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and expand accounts
- Ensure a smooth handoff between Sales, Onboarding, and Client Success
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations experience preferred
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Comfortable presenting on Zoom and speaking with clients
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and trade shows
- Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused
- Strong multitasking and project coordination abilities
