What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the first smile our patients see and one of the biggest reasons they enjoy coming to our office.
Your day might include:
- Greeting patients with a warm welcome
- Scheduling appointments and answering phones
- Helping patients understand their insurance and financial options
- Keeping the schedule running smoothly
- Working alongside an amazing clinical team to create a great patient experience
- Making every patient feel cared for from the moment they walk through our door
- Has prior dental admin experience
- Loves working with people
- Brings positive energy and a friendly attitude
- Is dependable and enjoys being part of a team
- Can stay organized and calm during busy moments
- Takes pride in doing things well
- Wants to grow with a practice that values its people
