As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the welcoming presence at a professional location, supporting access control, visitor check-in, and clear communication with guests and staff. You will help maintain a secure environment by monitoring entry activity, responding to security-related concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and applicable emergency response activities.
• Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, managing visitor logs, and directing guests according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events as required.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and security-related systems from a stationary front-desk post to help deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and Allied Universal leadership while maintaining confidentiality and following established policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Guard card is required. 
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
