A versatile, proactive, and adaptable professional with solid experience in leading digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is dynamic, capable of developing and coordinating tailored strategies across different brands and industries, understanding their unique needs and business objectives.

This person should be able to build strong client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and driving long-term success for each brand. A fast learner with the ability to adapt to new environments and lead projects effectively, always with a collaborative mindset and strong results orientation.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Marketing Strategy Development: Design and lead end-to-end digital marketing strategies for multiple brands and industries, adapting approaches to meet specific business goals.
• Paid Media Management: Lead and oversee paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Monitor key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPL) and optimize performance accordingly.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and helping define and achieve their marketing objectives through tailored solutions.
• Reporting & Analytics: Create and present performance reports using Looker Studio, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Shopify Management: Support basic Shopify operations, including content updates, app recommendations/implementations, and performance analysis within the platform.
• Marketing Automation: Implement and manage automation workflows using platforms such as Connectif and Klaviyo.

 

Qualifications

 

 

• Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and campaign management across multiple industries.

 

• Strong expertise in paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) and performance-driven optimization.

 

• Experience with reporting tools, especially Looker Studio.

 

• Knowledge of Shopify (content management, apps, and analytics).

 

• Experience in marketing automation tools such as Connectif or Klaviyo.

 

• Solid understanding of SEO, UX, and analytics principles.

 

• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to act as a strategic advisor.

 

• Team player with leadership skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

 

• Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Additional languages (French, German, Italian, or Portuguese) are a plus.
