[PUB-WRP] Executive/Senior Engineer, Corporate Services, PDCS

[What the role is]

As a Senior/Executive Engineer with Planning, Development & Corporate Services (PDCS) Division of Water Reclamation (Plant) Department (WRP), you will be part of the team responsible for handling corporate services and procurement matters for the department. Your job role will include, but not limited to the following:

[What you will be working on]

• Manage corporate service matters for the department such as training matters, audit, insurance, procurement matters and handling public queries.  

• Manage budget matters for the department, including collating, monitoring and analysing the trending for the department’s capital and operational expenditure.  

• Manage land related matters for WRP, including applications for new Tenancy Agreements and TOL applications.  

• Review external agencies’ consultations on development works that affects WRPs and work with plants to ensure that WRPs and effluent outfall pipes are well safeguarded; 

• Involve in periodic fee review, sustainability, KPI reporting and review for the department. 

• Coordinate department’s inputs for COS, PUB’s Annual Report, Corp Plan, etc. 

• Involve in special projects including NEWater bottling and sludge contracts.

Requirements 

• Degree in Environmental/Chemical engineering or equivalent. Having knowledge or experience with used water treatment, NEWater production, procurement is an advantage.   

• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
