Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and business growth for the Specimen Management portfolio.
Develop and manage key accounts, including hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, blood banks, and channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training.
Collaborate with marketing, application, and service teams to ensure superior customer experience.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to formulate effective sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and business reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field .
Minimum 5 years of experience in Specimen Management, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or Healthcare Sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
