We are working with a leading global aircraft leasing and asset management company seeking an Assistant Technical Administrator to join its Technical team in Dublin.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to develop a career within the aircraft leasing industry. The position will primarily focus on invoice processing while providing broader administrative support to the company’s Technical and Freighter teams across its global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices for the Technical and Freighter teams accurately and efficiently.
  • Review invoices against receipts and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors regarding corrections, missing information or additional receipts.
  • Ensure invoices have received the appropriate internal approvals before payment.
  • Maintain and update the technical budget and invoice log.
  • Respond to vendor queries regarding invoice and payment status.
  • Support the Accounts Payable team with accrual information at quarter-end and year-end.
  • Work closely with the Technical, Freighter and Accounting teams.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in an office-based administrative, accounts payable, invoice-processing or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident reviewing invoices, receipts and supporting documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Able to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience using Adobe Acrobat.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new systems and applications.
  • An interest in aviation or aircraft leasing would be an advantage but is not essential.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the technical function of an international aircraft leasing business and build a long-term career in the aviation industry.
