Job Purpose:
The functional systems analyst’s primary objective is helping businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. Collaborates with the technical resources on the development of technical solutions to business problems.
Education & Certification:
- B.S. in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field with computer applications
- Any relevant certification is an advantage: (such as but not limited to)
- CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional)
- PSM (Professional Scrum Master)
- ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library)
Experience:
- Preferably with more than 3 years previous experience as Business or Systems Analyst.
- Preferably from an Insurance industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Experience in automation tools is an advantage:
- Collaborations and tracking: Jira / Slack / Teams
- Testing: Selenium; Appium; Junit… etc.
- With experience in cloud solutions is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in Life insurance system development and implementation is an advantage.
