Summary:
As a Business Analyst, undertaking a multi-year regional transformation program for its Asia Pacific business and is seeking to hire a Functional SME. He will champion Bank s Trade Finance and Supply chain finance domain, providing deep domain expertise to support system implementation, process optimization, and transformation projects. This role ensures that technology solutions align with operational, compliance, and customer needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide domain expertise on Trade Finance (Documentary Trade, Supply Chain Finance) processes and best practices.
- Collaborates with technology teams, Operations and Product teams to develop and deploy solutions that meets business requirements and enhance operations efficiency.
- Assist in mapping current processes / functionality, identifying gaps, and defining future state workflows.
- Support product customization and configurations, notable CGI Trade360, to suit bank needs.
- Facilitate training, change management, and user adoption related to new system.
- Act as a bridge between business / operations units and technical teams, translating requirements into functional specifications.
- Ensure solution comply with regulatory standards and risk management policies


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Trade Finance systems, with hands-on experience in integration and implementation of vendor product. CGI Trade360 experience preferred.
- Extensive experience leading functional delivery of large-scale, multi-market platform implementations in Trade Finance / Transaction Banking Domain
- Proven track record in Trade finance Product integration in Bank s application ecosystem, and end-to-end solutioning.
- In-depth knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements for platform technology in the financial sector.
- Ability to manage and collaborate with geographically distributed teams across multiple APAC markets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Trade Finance systems, with hands-on experience in integration and implementation of vendor product. CGI Trade360 experience
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
