Job Title: Process & Automation Specialist
Location: Remote
Role Type: Full-Time
Who Are We?
At Reef, we connect elite talent with high-growth companies building world-class teams.
We work exclusively with the top 3% of candidates and match them with established companies across Australia, New Zealand, the US, and UK that are serious about investing in their people and operational infrastructure.
We support your integration into these companies by providing additional training, admin/HR support, and access to our growing community of high-performing professionals.
About the Company
Our client is a growing Australian business focused on improving operational efficiency through systems, process optimisation, and automation.
As the business scales, they are investing in reducing manual workflows, improving cross-functional efficiency, and implementing automation across sales, fulfilment, and internal operations to support long-term growth.
With fragmented systems and repetitive processes creating operational bottlenecks, the company is now seeking a specialist who can identify inefficiencies, build scalable automation solutions, and improve how the business runs.
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Process & Automation Specialist to analyse existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and design and implement automation systems that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
You’ll act as both a consultant and builder - mapping business processes, diagnosing inefficiencies, and implementing practical automation solutions using tools such as N8N, Zapier, Make.com, APIs, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
The role will span core functions including sales workflows, fulfilment processes, and internal operations, with a focus on reducing repetitive tasks, improving system reliability, and creating scalable processes that support growth.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving operational problems, building systems, and creating measurable impact through automation.
