Overview
We are seeking a self-driven, technically savvy Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery for the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) team. This individual will manage projects across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), coordinating activities from architecture and solution design through testing, implementation, and software deployment. The ideal candidate is an autonomous project manager with strong communication and organizational skills who can work cross-functionally with technical teams and stakeholders to drive delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure successful implementation of new solutions. This is a hybrid role that requires 4 days on-site. All qualified candidates MUST reside and be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or visa transfers. Please note that we do not work C2C.
Responsibilities
· Manage projects throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, UAT, implementation, and post-launch activities.
· Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and success criteria.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Engineering, and business functions to drive alignment and successful project delivery.
· Manage multiple projects and workstreams, prioritizing competing demands and adapting to changing business priorities.
· Partner with Product Management to identify customer needs, gather requirements, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.
· Facilitate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, stakeholder discussions, and status reviews; track decisions, action items, risks, issues, and next steps.
· Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, roadblocks, and scope changes; develop mitigation plans and escalate as appropriate.
· Provide clear, executive-ready project updates, presentations, dashboards, and reports highlighting progress, risks, decisions, and key milestones.
· Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, communication, reporting, and workflows while ensuring deliverables are accurate, high quality, and aligned with customer and business objectives.
· Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve project planning, analysis, reporting, communication, and overall team effectiveness.
