Description
At Midas, we are working on real-life user needs to transform the world of finance.
We’ve transformed investing in Turkey by delivering a seamless experience for everyday investors.
Today, 4.5 million users invest with Midas. Backed by an $80M Series B, the largest fintech investment ever in Turkey, we are scaling faster than ever.
As part of the Growth Strategy team at Midas, you will take growth targets and turn them into concrete initiatives with clear scope, ownership, and KPIs. You will work closely with product, marketing, data, and other cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and drive execution from idea to implementation.
This role requires staying close to execution — tracking progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable results.
