People Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager

LinearB is looking for a proactive, resourceful People Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team in Tel Aviv.

In this hands-on role, you’ll own the systems, processes, and daily operations that keep our global People function and Tel Aviv office running smoothly. You’ll also manage recruitment across technical and business functions, with the balance between hiring and operations evolving alongside business needs.

You’ll partner closely with our Senior Director of People & Culture, hiring managers, and colleagues across Israel, the US, and the UK. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building reliable processes, making systems work better, and connecting great talent with the right opportunities.

What You’ll Do

People Operations & Systems

• Own day-to-day HiBob administration, keeping employee records, organizational data, documentation, and system settings accurate and current.
• Build and improve workflows, automations, reports, and self-service resources to make People processes more efficient.
• Coordinate operational onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding, ensuring documentation, systems, and handoffs are completed on time.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and external providers to keep employee information and operational processes aligned across locations.
• Support the administration of recurring People processes, including performance reviews, through system setup, communications, and tracking.
• Identify process gaps and repetitive work, and use HRIS capabilities and AI tools to create simpler, more reliable ways of working.
• Respond to employee questions about People processes and systems, maintaining clear, accessible guidance.

Global Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across R&D, go-to-market, and business functions in Israel and international markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, write compelling job descriptions, and run focused interview processes.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, AI tools, and creative sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, assessments, and offers, keeping candidates informed and hiring teams aligned.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and use pipeline insights to improve recruitment processes.

Office Operations

• Own the daily operations of our Tel Aviv office, including vendors, supplies, facilities, and office-related budgets.
• Coordinate the upcoming office move, managing logistics, timelines, vendors, and internal communication.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and building management to resolve operational needs and keep the office running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in People Operations and hands-on recruitment within a global startup or technology company.
• Strong HRIS administration skills, including employee data management, workflows, and reporting; HiBob experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, with exposure to both technical and business roles and international hiring.
• Confidence working with ATS platforms, spreadsheets, and AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through across multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential employee and candidate information.
