• Male or female, preferably aged 20–30 years.
• Good communication and customer service skills with a friendly, polite, and service-minded personality.
• Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Responsible, well-organized, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Well-groomed, with a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Good listening skills and able to handle residents’ requests, questions, and complaints politely and professionally.
• Able to provide accurate information and assist residents and visitors with their needs.
• Patient, calm, and able to work under pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills and willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
• Able to follow building rules, regulations, and company policies.
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain the confidentiality of residents’ personal information.
• Good attention to detail, with the ability to handle documents and daily administrative tasks accurately.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hotel, or condominium management will be an advantage.
