Comprehensive Ophthalmology practice around Spring Hill, FL and they are searching for their next associate. New associate will walk into a full patient base due to a physician retiring.
- 4 clinical days and 1 surgical day per week

$450k+ compensation (guarantee for 12 months then 35% of collections)
- Opportunity to make an equity investment in the total enterprise
- Currently offering:
- Cataract surgery including premium IOLs
- In-office YAG, SLT, LPI
- Pterygium excision, chalazion incision/curettage, eyelid lesion removal
- Blepharoplasty
- Visiting vitreoretinal specialist two-three days per month
- Immediate clinical and surgical volume
