The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.

## Your Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Student , Supply Chain Management for JD Global Supply Management & Logistics located in Waterloo, IA, you will:

• Creates and maintains key team performance reports and data sources for internal and external project management and communication.
• Project management and sourcing responsibilities in support of cost reduction and continuous improvement.
• Dept budget reconciliation.
• Other projects as assigned.

## What Skills You Need

• Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Supply Management/Supply Chain others may apply
• Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited University
• Graduation date of December 2027 or later
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
• Available to work 10-20 hours/week during the academic year
• Available to work 30-40 hours/week during the summer semester
• Must be able to commute to the work location in Waterloo, IA on a daily basis year-round
• Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior standing students are preferred, Senior standing and those pursuing Advanced degrees may apply.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Power Point capabilities
• Ability to utilize AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, etc.

## What Makes You Standout

• Visual reporting tool creation experience including Microsoft Power BI, Power APP, SharePoint, etc.
• SAP experience.
• Ability to create AI agents and workflows including Power Apps

## Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or MIS.
• Graduation date at least May 2028 or later.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
