Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Customer Service Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and parking areas, report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations, and document observations in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and public service agencies when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional presence throughout the property and provide directions or assistance to visitors while supporting a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
