Requirements
Essential Functions: (must be able to perform these functions, with or without a reasonable accommodation).
- Process work order requests made by Administrators.
- Learn and maintain a working knowledge of our EF Operations procedures.
- Review and update the status of all assigned daily work requests.
- Send follow up emails on pending requests as well as enter notes for work requests that may have issues or are overdue.
Skills, knowledge and abilities: (these are required to enable job holder to perform the essential functions of the job).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills are required to be a qualified candidate.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- An expert understanding of department processes, procedures, and standards.
- Ability to interact cordially and productively with all company employees.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to use general office equipment including computer keyboard by touch, voice mail system, copy machine, and printers.
- Ability to proficiently read, write and communicate clearly in English.
- Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with, and among employees.
- Effective communications skills with ability to handle difficult people or situations.
Experience and Education Requirements:
General business, accounting or finance degree preferred. Five years related work experience and accounting classes may be substituted for degree. Prior experience with Relius or similar software is a plus.
