An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a brand new 4-star luxury boutique hotel that recently opened in the heart of London.

This stylish new opening features a relaxed all-day dining restaurant centred around seasonal British cuisine, with a focus on beautifully executed small plates. Alongside the restaurant, there is a strong events offering, making this a varied and dynamic kitchen environment.

You will ideally be available immediately.

• Circa £38,000 per annum plus circa £4,000 service charge
• Paid overtime

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…

• Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes across the all-day dining menu
• Working with seasonal British ingredients to create refined small plates
• Supporting with event preparation and service when required
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and consistency
• Contributing positively to a motivated and professional kitchen culture

As Chef De Partie, you’ll be working in a brand new, state-of-the-art kitchen as part of a close-knit team of seven. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a growing group and play a key role in shaping the kitchen’s success.
