Job Title - Investor Relations Manager
Key Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with strong Investor Relations and Capital Markets experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector. Previous exposure to IPO preparation, Tadawul-listed companies, and CMA regulations would be highly advantageous.
As this is a newly established position, the ideal candidate should also demonstrate the ability to develop and manage an Investor Relations function, engage with institutional investors, and work closely with senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CFA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets.
- Previous experience with a Tadawul-listed company or IPO preparation is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of CMA regulations, financial reporting, and corporate governance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
