Description
MBR Partners is hiring for a Solutions Director to support strategic opportunities across EMEA for our client, a leading global provider of telco software solutions.
The role will work closely with Sales, Product and Delivery teams to shape customer requirements, lead solution strategy and engage with senior customer stakeholders throughout complex Telecom transformation programmes.
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Telecom software, BSS/OSS and complex enterprise sales, who are comfortable engaging at C-level and translating technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.
Profile required:

10+ years' experience within Telecom software, enterprise software, systems integration or consulting

Strong understanding of Telecom BSS/OSS and broader digital transformation initiatives

Proven experience supporting complex, multi-million-dollar software and services sales opportunities

Experience working across areas such as customer management, billing/revenue management, service fulfilment, network inventory, CPQ, order management or related Telecom domains

Strong experience in solution selling, technical validation, RFI/RFP processes, solution design and customer presentations

Experience working alongside Sales and Account Management teams to develop and win strategic opportunities

Strong understanding of the Telecom ecosystem and the challenges faced by Communications Service Providers

Excellent presentation, communication and workshop facilitation skills

Fluent English, both verbal and written; additional European languages are advantageous
The position is London-based, with regular attendance required at our client's Hammersmith office.
