Pega Senior / Lead System Architect (SSA / LSA) – Constellation

We are looking for Senior System Architects (SSA) and Lead System Architects (LSA) with strong technical expertise in Pega and, most importantly, hands-on experience with Pega Constellation in real implementation projects.

Whether joining as an SSA or LSA, you should have a strong foundation as a Pega Senior System Architect, solid hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment where both Spanish and English are used.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using Pega Platform and Constellation.

• Build and configure solutions using Constellation architecture and Views.

• Develop solutions across Case Management, data models, business rules, and application components.

• Design and implement integrations with REST APIs and enterprise systems.

• Participate in technical design and solution decisions.

• Troubleshoot complex application issues and contribute to performance optimization.

• Apply Pega development standards, reusable design principles, and best practices.

• Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, Business Analysts, QA, Product Owners, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.

What we're looking for

Required for both SSA and LSA profiles:

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA).

• Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications with Pega Platform.

• Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation in real implementation projects.

• Practical experience working with Constellation Views and architecture.

• Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, data modeling, business rules, and application architecture.

• Experience with integrations and REST APIs.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of performance, security, and Pega development best practices.

• Experience working throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed and multicultural teams.

• Professional communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Senior System Architect (SSA)

For SSA positions, we are looking for strong hands-on Pega professionals who can:

• Independently design and implement complex Pega functionality.

• Participate actively in technical solution design.

• Troubleshoot technical and application issues.

• Build maintainable and reusable solutions following Pega best practices.

• Collaborate closely with other developers, architects, QA, and business teams.

• Contribute to technical reviews and support other team members when needed.

Lead System Architect (LSA)

For Lead positions, candidates should bring the same strong SSA technical foundation, along with experience in technical leadership and solution architecture.

We are looking for professionals who can:

• Design end-to-end Pega solution architecture.

• Define technical approaches, patterns, and development standards.

• Make and communicate architecture and technical design decisions.

• Address integration, data, security, performance, and scalability considerations.

• Review technical solutions and resolve complex architectural challenges.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Pega development teams.

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on solution decisions.

Nice to have

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA), particularly for Lead opportunities.

• Experience with Constellation DX API.

• Experience modernizing or migrating Pega applications to Constellation.

• Experience with enterprise-scale or highly integrated Pega implementations.

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices within Pega environments.

• Experience mentoring Pega developers and participating in architecture or technical design reviews.
