## Main Responsabilities

· Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and business objectives.

· Translate customer demand into executable production plans and schedules.

· Monitor capacity constraints and balance demand, labor, materials, and equipment availability.

· Analyze inventory levels and material requirements to minimize shortages and excess inventory.

· Drive schedule adherence and ensure on-time delivery performance.

· Coordinate with Production, Materials, Supply Management, Customer Service, and Manufacturing Engineering to resolve supply chain disruptions.

· Lead recovery plans for material shortages, supplier issues, and production constraints.

· Identify risks to customer shipments and proactively communicate mitigation plans.

· Develop and maintain planning dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and customer satisfaction.
