Senior Infrastructure Specialist

KalSoft is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Specialist to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, virtualization, cybersecurity, and infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, security, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Active Directory, Office 365, and SharePoint environments.
• Maintain and support Windows Servers, cloud infrastructure, and virtualization platforms.
• Implement infrastructure security, access controls, and system hardening.
• Perform patch management, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system availability.
• Support infrastructure operations, upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Provide 24×7 operational support for critical infrastructure services.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure administration and operations.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, Windows Server, Cloud (Azure/AWS), and Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure security, patch management, and vulnerability management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Azure, VMware (VCP), AWS, ITIL, Security+, or CISSP.
• Experience working in enterprise or government environments.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation is an advantage.
