AM PROCUREMENT,

To help align and execute procurement strategies for local and/or Regional initiatives for facility services, in terms of Client requirements. Manage supplier relationships including administrative and operational activities and issues. Ensure all Jones Lang LaSalle sourcing and contracting standards are maintained. Support regional and national sourcing initiatives.

1.       Support the procurement strategies for Shell India accounts as per their sourcing plans with focus on major/ minor projects and AdHoc requirements..

2.       Help ensuring proper communications with site teams.

3.       Provide detailed instruction and continuous follow-up to support the operations team in standardized contract processes.

4.       Float RFXs as per the Shell India procurement needs from time-to-time for market testing and supporting the new bids in Jaggaer, with focus on RFXs for projects.

5.       Create benchmark, rate list ,management of items/services obtaining the rates from various JLL Accounts and other sources.

6.       Ability to source for projects, especially of civil works vendors.

7.       Ability to identify and source vendors for AdAHoc requirements.

8.       Negotiate pricing and terms with ad hoc / projects vendors where required to provide best possible solution.

9.       Maintain information/tracker on cost savings for ad hoc / project works and provide reports on sourcing plan/cost savings whenever required.

10.   Help manager identify opportunities to consolidate supplier base wherever possible to leverage on volume economies.

11.   Identify suppliers, capabilities, share of business, products pricing to establish standardization of rates for ad hoc / project requirements.

12.   Arrange liaison between vendors, site teams, finance team and management to ensure timely payments to vendors.

13.   Demonstrate continuous effort to improve procurement operations, decrease turnaround time and streamline work processes.

14.   Manage data integrity and provide periodic reports whenever required by the management.

15.   Vendor registration processes in Aravo.

16.   Maintain database on Vendors, Vendors Contracts, Sourcing plan and budget.

1.       Ensure Procurement Dashboard & PO tracker is maintained as per agreed format and shared with the Finance and Operations team.

2.       Create various spend analysis reports basis the JDE spend data.

3.       Ensure all procurement and savings related data is maintained.

4.       Ensure data security and sharing of data on need-to-know basis.

5.       Jaggaer handling & Input.

6.       Familiarization with existing and developing tools used in the procurement process.
