Part-Time Massage Therapist – Mandara Spa

Job Summary
The Licensed Massage Therapist provides exceptional massage therapy services, creating a sense of rest and relaxation for spa guests. This role is part-time, with openings for mid-shift and closing hours, and contributes to high guest satisfaction, retention, and treatment/retail sales.
Responsibilities
Deliver professional massage treatments following company protocols.
Maintain revenue and guest retention goals for the massage department.
Provide guests with post-treatment home care recommendations.
Educate guests on spa services, retail products, packages, and promotions.
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms according to spa standards.
Follow health, sanitation, and sterilization protocols as required by law and spa policies.
Attend departmental meetings, trainings, and workshops.
Perform services within the scope of state/city/local licensing laws.
Qualifications
Must hold a valid state license to practice massage therapy.
Completion of an accredited massage therapy school.
12–18 months experience in a high-end resort or urban day spa preferred.
Ability to work part-time shifts, including mid-shift and closing hours, weekends, and holidays.
Strong understanding of anatomy and massage techniques to safely and effectively treat guests.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Computer literacy is preferred.
