What You’ll Do

• Keep It Spotless: Clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure our kitchen is guest-ready at all times.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Take out trash and recyclables and keep the kitchen and grounds tidy.
• Support the Team: Assist with food prep, following recipe guidelines, and stock supplies for servers and cooks.
• Be Prepared: Ensure everything is stocked, organized, and ready for service to help the team operate efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (12 kg) and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, standing, and walking.
