About Us:We help young adults and university students build the skills and habits they need to succeed academically and professionally through executive functioning coaching, habit-building, and social-emotional support. Our team combines evidence-based methods with a warm, professional approach. Role Overview:We’re looking for an empathetic, organized entry-level Learning Support Coordinator to assist coaches and clients. This client-facing role supports virtual sessions, helps implement planning and organization systems, and tracks client progress. It’s a great first step for candidates interested in coaching, educational support, or clinical work. Key Responsibilities:Assist coaches with virtual 1:1 sessions (scheduling, session prep, brief follow-up notes)Help clients set up and maintain simple organization and time-management systems (calendars, checklists, routines)Monitor client progress and report observations to the coaching teamPrepare and upload workshop/handout materials and resource linksProvide friendly, professional support to clients via email/chat as neededMaintain basic records of session outcomes and next steps (confidential and secure) Who We’re Looking For:Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to build rapport quickly and work with diverse clients, including neurodivergent learnersComfortable using virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet) and cloud storage (Google Drive)Reliable, self-starter attitude and ability to manage time independentlyNice to Have (but not required):Experience supporting students or young adults (tutoring, mentoring, program support)Basic knowledge of executive functioning challenges (ADHD, procrastination, time management)What We Offer:Meaningful work with real impactFlexible remote hours and a supportive teamTraining in our coaching approach and opportunities to grow into coaching roles
