You will play a key role in shaping scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures, leveraging best-in-class technologies across data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.This role requires a strong blend of hands-on technical expertise, architectural leadership, and strategic thinking to deliver robust data solutions aligned with business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver end-to-end data platform architectures using modern cloud-native patternsProduce high-quality Architecture Design Documents (ADDs) and technical blueprintsArchitect and optimize solutions using Snowflake, dbt, and Data Lakehouse (Iceberg)Build and manage scalable S3-based data lakes and processing pipelines using EMR / PySparkDevelop and orchestrate workflows using Airflow / MWAALead data ingestion, transformation, and modeling strategiesEnsure platform reliability, scalability, and performance tuning across systemsImplement observability, monitoring, and APM solutionsDrive CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)Apply security best practices and ensure compliance across data platformsIntegrate data cataloging and governance toolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholdersRequired Skills & ExperienceCore Architecture & Data PlatformsStrong experience in Solution Architecture and enterprise data platform designDeep expertise in Snowflake architecture and performance tuningExperience with Data Lakehouse architectures (Apache Iceberg)Hands-on with AWS S3 data lakes and EMR / PySpark processingData Engineering & OrchestrationProficiency in Apache Airflow / AWS MWAAStrong experience with dbt for data transformationSolid understanding of data ingestion pipelines and data modelingCloud & DevOpsExperience with cloud-native architecture patterns (AWS preferred)Strong knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience implementing automation and deployment strategiesPerformance, Reliability & ObservabilityExpertise in performance tuning (Snowflake, Airflow, Iceberg)Strong focus on platform reliability and scalabilityExperience with monitoring, logging, and APM toolsSecurity & GovernanceKnowledge of cloud security best practicesExperience with data governance and catalog toolsNice to HaveExperience with multi-cloud environmentsExposure to real-time/streaming data architecturesCertifications in cloud platforms (AWS, etc.)Experience working in regulated environmentsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong problem-solving and analytical mindsetAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPassion for building modern, scalable data platforms
