Description
As a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations & Enablement you will play a key role in supporting the administration and execution of sales capability enablement and sales incentive programs across the region. This position helps ensure the successful coordination of training initiatives, maintenance of learning systems, and accurate administration of program data and reporting. The role works closely with sales teams, dealers, and commercial partners to support operational excellence and consistent program delivery. Through strong organization, communication, and analytical skills, this position contributes to the effectiveness and performance of sales enablement programs.

What You Will Do
Coordinate and support the execution of regional sales and product training programs for sales teams, dealers, and commercial partners.
Manage training logistics, scheduling, materials, and follow-up activities to ensure effective program delivery.
Administer online learning platforms, including course setup, user management, participation tracking, and reporting.
Support sales incentive program administration through data validation, participant maintenance, and system updates.
Prepare reports and dashboards related to training participation, completion rates, sales performance, and incentive program outcomes.
Serve as a first point of contact for training, learning system, and incentive program inquiries while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, human resources, Education, or a related field.
Experience in sales enablement, training coordination, sales operations, HR operations, or a related support function.
Experience supporting training programs, learning management systems, incentive programs, or compensation processes.
Ability to work with data, reporting tools, system administration processes, and learning platforms, supported by strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
