- Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to building maintenance, repairs, and equipment performance using CMMS systems such as Corrigo
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services while ensuring work meets quality standards and safety regulations
- Assess building enclosures for failure, deficiency, and performance issues, and execute minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Ensure the facility meets all safety and health regulations through regular inspections and compliance monitoring
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC trades, including rooftop units

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with computers, office automation applications, and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial facility environments
