Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Risk Mitigation Patrol in Bristol, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team at Allied Universal that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

At least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of general security experience.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, office spaces, parking areas, loading docks, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and security-related incidents to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
• Maintain clear, accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with on-site personnel and first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
