Where You'll Make a Difference
Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Investigate and analyze unmatched banking transactions.
Follow up on outstanding reconciling items and support issue resolution.
Monitor General Ledger accounts and identify unusual balances or discrepancies.
Support account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation activities.
Review accounting transactions and help identify incorrect postings.
Prepare recurring journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
Validate accounting entries before submission for approval.
Support month-end closing activities and continuous improvement initiatives within the Record to Report process.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Active student between the 5th and 8th semester.
Availability to complete a 12-month internship program.
Intermediate English proficiency, including verbal and written communication.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, filters, charts, and pivot tables.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
How Would You Stand Out?
Knowledge of SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Previous academic or internship experience in accounting or finance.
Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to learning.
