What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, shoppers, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying credentials as required, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide information and assistance, and communicate with appropriate site personnel regarding arrivals, requests, and concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence, observe activity in the lobby and entry areas, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
