How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next?
As a Senior Civil Engineer - Multisector Infrastructure within our Land Infrastructure team, you will play a key role in the delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across New South Wales, Australia.
You will work alongside leading engineers, designers and technical specialists, contributing to projects spanning:
Transport and major road infrastructure
Rail and transit-oriented developments
Water and stormwater infrastructure
Energy and renewable generation projects
Defense and industrial facilities
Data centers and complex developments
Public domain and urban infrastructure
This role provides the opportunity to work directly on Australian projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across multiple regions and markets.
Beyond technical delivery, you will help strengthen our capability by mentoring engineers, sharing knowledge and contributing to technical excellence across the wider business.
What will you do?
Lead the delivery of civil design packages from concept through to detailed design and construction support.
Prepare and review civil engineering designs, drawings, models and technical documentation using Civil 3D, 12D, AutoCAD and other relevant digital tools.
Deliver civil infrastructure solutions including roads, bulk earthworks, drainage, stormwater, utilities, public domain works and site development.
Apply Australian and New Zealand design standards while maintaining technical quality and consistency.
Coordinate effectively across multiple disciplines, including structures, water, utilities, BIM and digital engineering teams.
Contribute to technical reviews, design verification and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor and support developing engineers within the Manila team.
Contribute to proposals, bids and technical submissions to help secure future work.
Support project managers to achieve successful delivery outcomes while balancing quality, program and commercial objectives.
Champion innovation, digital engineering and smarter ways of delivering projects.
What are we looking for?
We're interested in engineers who are technically strong, commercially aware and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing international team.
You'll ideally bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Typically, 8+ years of civil infrastructure design experience within a consulting environment.
Experience delivering projects across one or more sectors including transport, water, energy, defense, industrial, land development or urban infrastructure.
Strong understanding of Australian or equivalent international design standards.
Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, 12d and AutoCAD.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and manage technical interfaces.
Experience reviewing the work of others and maintaining high technical standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced, internationally connected delivery environment.
Experience supporting Australian infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
Experience working with New South Wales clients and standards will be highly regarded.
