Production Supervisor

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Personnel management.
• Resource and process control.
• Safety, quality and production management.
• Supporting programs to reduce setup, improve efficiency and quality, reduce manufacturing cycle time, lower conversion costs, minimize machine downtime and achieve on time delivery.
• Continuous improvement management.
• Review of production sequence and work plan.
• Achievement of goals for Daily Rate, / Request Day / OTS / PD.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• + 3 years of experience in the production area, preferably in metal mechanic manufacturing experience.
• Desirable experience in cutting processes, aluminum, painting, and assembly.
• SQDCC board experience.
• Intermediate English preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of tools especially Excel.
• Ability to demonstrate skills such as emotional intelligence, leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork.
• Willingness to work different shifts
