Senior Talent Recruiter

About the Job

NavSav Insurance is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team. This position will focus on identifying and attracting top talent across the insurance industry while managing full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate has strong experience recruiting within the insurance industry, understands the talent landscape across agency and brokerage environments, and is comfortable recruiting both active and passive candidates. This individual should thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and be able to manage multiple searches while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for insurance and corporate positions across the organization.

• Source and recruit experienced insurance professionals, including producers, account managers, service professionals, sales leaders, and other specialized roles.

• Build pipelines of passive candidates within the independent insurance agency and brokerage market.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.

• Conduct candidate pre-screens and evaluate experience, qualifications, compensation expectations, and overall alignment with the position.

• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions and competitive insurance markets.

• Maintain strong candidate communication throughout the recruiting and interview process.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify qualified candidates.

• Track recruiting activity and key metrics, including pipeline activity, interviews, offers, and time-to-fill.

• Help improve recruiting processes, workflows, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.

• Stay informed on insurance industry hiring trends, competitors, compensation, and talent availability.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Previous experience recruiting within the insurance industry.

• Experience recruiting insurance professionals such as producers, account managers, customer service professionals, sales leaders, or similar positions.

• Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate recruiting experience.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities simultaneously.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms.

• Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for an independent insurance agency, brokerage, or insurance organization.

• Knowledge of Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and/or Employee Benefits roles.

• Experience recruiting across multiple locations or states.

• Experience supporting a rapidly growing or acquisition-driven organization.

• Experience recruiting both high-volume and specialized insurance positions.
