The Opportunity
As a Solutions Engineer at Iru, you will serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert on device management for our prospects, internal teams and our growing customer base. Acting as a trusted resource, you’ll bridge the gap between Sales, Success, Product, and Support, helping customers and prospects understand Iru's capabilities and guiding them toward effective solutions. Your insights and customer advocacy will shape product enhancements, demonstrate Iru's value, and foster long-term relationships.
This is an hybrid position in our Miami office 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday).
