Analyst- HR Operations : Romania (Hire to Retire) : 1 Year Contract to Perm

Overview

We are seeking a highly adaptable HR Operations professional with strong expertise across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role

• Subject Matter Expert in Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.
• Proficient in Workday and ServiceNow.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Agile, proactive, and capable of multitasking across competing priorities.
• Flexible to support both day and night shifts as business needs require (current role aligned to day shift).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy, customer experience, and continuous improvement.

About You

• Previous experience of minimum 2-3 years of Hire to Retire experience in HR Shared services.
• Technical expertise in Workday and Service Now.
• Maintaining and updating Workday and Oracle portfolio of an employee
• Managing a variety of HR processes in accordance to regional laws (depends on region they support )
• Producing standard correspondence to employees & parties involved (Line manager, stakeholder, payroll team etc)
• Demonstrate proactiveness in taking up responsibility and delivering BAU
• Working closely with the SME, team members and build an inspirational journey by contributing towards enhancement ideas and implementation
• Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc projects
• Any other duties as requested by the HR Team Leader
• Experienced in a Shared Services function
• Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload
• Potential to develop as the team grows
