Analytics Associate Director, US Oncology

Are you ready to turn complex data into insights that shape oncology strategy and improve commercial performance? As Associate Director, Analytics, U.S. Oncology, you will lead commercial analytics within the U.S. Oncology portfolio, helping teams maximize inline brands and prepare for new launches. You will partner with Marketing and cross-functional colleagues to frame critical business questions and deliver innovative, evidence-based answers in collaboration with Market Research, Data Science, Forecasting, Finance, Market Access, and Data Management.

## Key Accountabilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define strategic business questions, align priorities, and translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Lead advanced analytics using complex internal and external healthcare data to evaluate brand performance drivers, disease states, patient journeys, and customer behavior.
• Serve as a data and analytics expert, ensuring appropriate methods, data interpretation, quality, governance, and compliance while advancing innovative tools and best practices.
• Scope, prioritize, and manage multiple analytics projects, balancing business value, timelines, resources, risks, and delivery by internal teams and external agencies.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships, communicate insights effectively to senior leaders, and coach junior analytics colleagues to strengthen collaboration and delivery quality.

This role reports to the Franchise Analytics Director and sits within the Analytics, Data & Reporting function in U.S. Oncology Business Excellence department. The team partners with the U.S. Oncology commercial organization to improve strategic and operational decisions through objective insights, analytics, and performance reporting.

This position is based in US or Canada.

## Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with a preference for a quantitative field.
• At least 5 years of experience in analytics, statistics, or a related field, including at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or biopharmaceutical consulting sector.
• At least 5 years of experience analyzing large, complex healthcare datasets, including claims and electronic health record data.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical plans and decision-ready recommendations.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• At least 2 years of experience providing day-to-day direction to internal or external analytics team members.

## Preferred Skills and Experience

• Advanced degree in a quantitative, scientific, or business discipline.
• Commercial analytics experience within oncology.
• Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or other advanced analytical methods.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, or comparable analytical tools.
• Experience overseeing business intelligence and data visualization solutions.
• Proven project leadership skills, including prioritization, resource coordination, and risk management.
