Intern, Market Research Insight

Job Description Summary:

The Market Research Intern will support the Insights & Strategy team in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting consumer and market data to help drive business decisions across Coca‑Cola brands. This internship offers hands-on experience in market research, data analysis, consumer insights, and business strategy within a global FMCG environment.

What You’ll Do for Us

• Assist in planning and executing consumer and market research projects.
• Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, turning data into insights that drive business forward.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, factsheets and insight summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
• Help manage surveys, focus groups, and research fieldwork preparation and coordination.
• Work closely with marketing, commercial, and brand teams to support business objectives and finalize research brief
• Maintain research quality to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations based on research findings.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field 
•  Experience in Market research field is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and present data clearly; comfortable with data mining

• Good understanding of market research techniques and consumer behavior. Familiarity with surveys, questionnaires, or focus group coordination is a plus

• Interest in consumer behavior, market trends, and brand strategy.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling research data, observant,

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable in storytelling, and very good listener
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment, fast learner
• Time management and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Should be able to commit for 1 year
