Job Summary

Job Description

Duties: Utilizing Automotive Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination (ASPICE)

methodology to ensure product development quality for our automotive electromechanical

componentry and sensor products; conduct design verification requirements processes; drive

automotive connectivity and sensor advancements; apply design controls in the product development

phase; enhance design quality organization and systems to meet IATF and VD automotive industry

standards; maintain and enhance our quality management systems; establish a KPI management portal

to keep track of engineering trends, create reports, and conduct trend analysis; organize and perform

regular internal audits; assist in customer audit preparation; conduct design reviews and review project

design plans, risk management plans, design verification and validation protocols, and reports; perform

requirements flow down analyses; and train colleagues on quality policies and procedures, including

verification, validation, statistical methods, and design controls.

Job Site: 3709 Ohio Avenue, St. Charles, IL 60174. Salary: $81,411 to $83,586/year. Requires Bachelor’s

degree or foreign degree equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical

Engineering or a related field. Requires two years of experience in the job offered or in design

engineering. Requires Experience with: Conducting Gap Assessments of technical and operational

compliance requirements; Integrating and testing electromechanical components; Defining and

documenting electromechanical technical processes; Validating engineering data; and Troubleshooting

system failures using RCA. Must live in Illinois. Benefits: Insurance, HSA, 401(k), and PTO.
