Reporting to the VP of Global People Solutions, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our talent acquisition function worldwide across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. In this pivotal role, you will build, inspire, and scale a data-driven recruitment organization of 40+ professionals, driving innovation and optimizing processes to attract elite tech, commercial, and operational talent. You will play a crucial role in supporting WEX’s ongoing expansion across fleet solutions, corporate payments, SaaS, and health benefits technologies.
How you'll make an impact

- Team Leadership & Scale: Inspire, mentor, and direct a global team of 40+ recruiting managers, talent partners, and sourcers. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
- Talent Pipelines & Executive Sourcing: Oversee specialized sourcing methodologies for critical hires in software engineering, product management, cybersecurity, sales, and corporate leadership.
- Process & Analytics Enhancement: Standardize end-to-end recruitment operations. Utilize enterprise recruitment platforms (e.g., Workday), CRM sourcing software (e.g. Phenom), AI tools, and predictive analytics to optimize time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and overall candidate experience.
- Employer Brand & EVP Elevation: Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Marketing to market WEX's Global Employer Value Proposition (EVP), showcasing company culture, sustainability initiatives, and hybrid work environment.
- Stakeholder, Vendor & Budget Oversight: Direct the global recruiting budget, optimizing resource allocation, agency spend, executive search partnerships, and university relations programs. Partner closely with C-suite executives and HR leadership to present data-driven talent insights.
Experience you'll bring
- Experience: 10–12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with 5+ years leading large, geographically dispersed global recruiting teams (40+ FTEs) in FinTech, Payments, SaaS, or high-growth tech sectors.
- Global Expertise: Proven track record of navigating matrixed organizations and scaling talent strategies across international labor markets and functional domains.
- Systems & Analytics Fluency: Deep familiarity with enterprise ATS systems (e.g., Workday), CRM sourcing platforms, and workforce analytics dashboards.
- Education & Leadership: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred) or commensurate experience. Exceptional communication and empathetic leadership style with a strong ability to mentor talent and influence senior stakeholders.
